“Michelle Segar was my EssentialSteps coach and has changed my attitude. She worked with me to change three very important blocks that prevented me from taking care of myself. First, she uncovered that I do not invest in myself. I invest a huge amount in my clients and that I owe it to myself to invest in me also. Second, I discovered that I wasn’t giving myself permission to play and have fun and that I do not need a “structured” exercise program. Finally, that I can, at various time throughout the day, spontaneously exercise and that that counts. Most important though, was Michelle’s approach. She has excellent listening skills and had wonderful suggestions for overcoming my resistance. My blood pressure has also benefited from these changes. I would recommend this program to anyone.”
