Our meeting room is the telephone, offering you great flexibility and convenience. We pre-schedule the four phone sessions to meet your scheduling needs. Each session is one hour. During the weeks between sessions, you work on implementing the plan you developed. Each session, we review your previous week’s goals and behavior, determine your hidden roadblocks to success (they are not what you think they are), and discuss new program concepts for that week. At the end of each session you set new goals for the upcoming week using the novel EssentialSteps planning tools.
I use a proprietary four-step, women-specific behavior change process in my programs that I developed and evaluated with funding from the National Institutes of Health in 1999. (You can read the published study resulting from this research. Click here.)
The four sessions in each program reflect this research. The sessions and workbook build upon each other. Each session will bring you new insights, strategies, and skills, and help you develop the RIGHT type of motivation so you can sustain your new essential steps for life. I don’t say that lightly.
