I'm glad this perspective helped you realize that you can choose less intense exercise when you are tired. So many women could also benefit if they became aware of this! In fact, another recent study by Puetz, et al., showed that a group of people with high levels of fatigue who exercised at a lower intensity felt better, less tired, compared to a group that exercised at a higher intensity. 		<description>Michelle, I'm so glad you told me about this today.  I used to be a really dedicated walker, but since I discovered more intense, strength training exercises it doesn't "feel" like I'm working out unless I break a sweat, so when I'm tired I just opt out completely.  This is clearly not working for me, as I need regular movement to feel good physically and mentally.  Okay, off to hit the treadmill (it's too hot outside).  :-)  cheers, Kris</description>
